Problem:
You want to activate the 'pay as you go' feature on your site, but you are encountering an error indicating there might be an unpaid invoice, which you cannot find in your account.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue and cannot locate the unpaid invoice, please open a new support ticket with us. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
