Background of the issue:
I updated the layout file on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
The WPML translation queue keeps getting stuck without automatic translation.
I updated the layout file, but the WMPL translation queue keeps getting stuck without automatic translation.

Questions:
Why is the WPML translation queue getting stuck?
How can I fix the automatic translation issue in WPML?
How is this stuck state resolved?

Hi there,

I have done a few tests and can verify that any other content is translated as expected when sent for automatic translation.

As you noticed I also created a duplicate of the layout to further test since it has a new database ID many times I have noticed that doing that will resolve the issue if it's caused due to a stuck job ID or db ID.

The issue was reproduced again with the duplicate as well.

In my experience, this points to possibly an element or row that might be causing issues when sent to automatic translation. To test this I will need to create a duplicate and test each element, one by one.

Can I proceed to do this on your site or would you rather provide us with a staging site to continue with the debugging steps?

I'm trying to connect using 157.245.215.47:22 and it's connecting fine.

Hi there,

We are still testing this issue as we did find that there is an error triggered by the Woodmart theme causing this job to be stuck.

Once I have more updates I will update you here.

The layout you are using for the single product, did you create this layout or did you use one of the templates from Woodmart? If you used a template, which template was it?
