Problem:
The client is unable to locate the Billing / Subscriptions section in their WPML account and wishes to cancel their subscription and request a refund within the 30-day period.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend visiting https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/ to apply for a refund, provided that your renewal occurred within the last 30 days. If anything is not working as expected or if you need further assistance before requesting the refund, we are here to help.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
