To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Thanks for providing the login details. I have followed the below steps in order to translate the Astra theme logo:
1. Copied the logo image URL.
2. Went to WPML >> String Translation page and clicked on the Translate texts in admin screens » link at the bottom of the page
3. Searched that URL and enabled it’s translation as you can see in the attached screenshot.
4. Then, went to WPML >> String Trasnlation page and added the logo URL translation and now it shows the translated logo image in English language. You may update the translation from here: hidden link

Glad to hear your header logo translation issue is solved. Regarding the problems with footer logo, it's a different issue and will be handled separately in accordance with our support policy.
