This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue with translating a message displayed when an incorrect account login attempt was made on their website. They wanted to translate the English message into Thai.
Solution:
1. We deactivated and reactivated the String Translation plugin on the client's site and re-translated the string. After this, the translation appeared correctly in Thai.
2. We advised the client to search for the string in the "default" domain, which contains the default strings of WordPress. We also recommended enabling the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered" on the String Translation page, reloading the login page to capture the untranslated string, and then searching for the string in the admin area. After finding and translating the string, we suggested disabling the option.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend trying the steps mentioned above. However, please note that the solution might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case. If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
