This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is setting up a multisite and is unable to enable the 'Language' column in the admin UI to show translations on the page/post listing page, despite the page/post type being active for translations.
Solution:
To display the Languages column, you should click on the Screen options tab at the top right of your admin dashboard and activate the Languages checkbox. Additionally, ensure that the post type is set to be translatable in WPML -> Settings -> Post type translation section.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
