Thanks for your reply. I've updated the "Product" setting under Post Types Translation to "Translatable – only show translated items", as shown in the attached screenshot. This change now correctly links products in the search results to their respective languages.
However, the initial issue reported is still not resolved. Could you please perform a full site backup and update WooCommerce and all related third-party plugins to their latest versions? Once done, please recheck to see if the issue persists.
I would like to address a completely different issue. When I search by SKU, products from all language versions appear, even though I am browsing the site in Slovak. You can see the result here (please allow some time for the page to load): hidden link.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The client has been waiting for the webshop to launch for over a month due to ongoing problems with the WPML plugin. Although we have managed to resolve many issues, this particular problem still persists.
Thanks for your patience. Please ignore my question about plugin deactivation. I already have your consent earlier. I will recheck and come back to you as quickly as possible.
Thanks for your patience. Could you please update the "Porto Theme - Functionality" plugin to the latest version? I suspect the issue is caused by that outdated plugin. hidden link
I believe the issue lies within the core of the system, as a large number of functionalities have stopped working. For example, the multicurrency conversion to other currencies is no longer functioning. Additionally, when attempting to translate a product through the WPML editor, it shows that the translation is missing, even though the language version does exist.
For instance, on the following page: hidden link
the Hungarian (HU) version is visible on the website, yet when trying to edit this version, no data is displayed.
It is also not possible to translate categories. Essentially, the entire translation and currency functionalities are completely non-functional. I suspect there may be a critical error in the system’s core that is causing such extensive disruptions across the platform.
Thanks for your patience. Our second tier support checked, and the search result issue could be related to this untranslated product hidden link . Could you complete the translation of that product so that we can recheck the search result issue?
As for the other issues that you encounter, I have listed them in points below so that I can split the ticket if required.
I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.
Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
1. You mentioned the currency issue. Could you share some more details about this?
2. As for this product hidden link , I can edit it without issues.
3. You mentioned that "It is also not possible to translate categories", could you tell me which category you are trying to translate?
Hi, i have translated the product you linked into the other two languages we use.
Regarding point 1 – that now works like a charm, so we can consider this resolved.
As for point 2, it still does not work. I’m attaching screenshots for reference. In image 1, you can see the product in Hungarian and that it has a translated version. In image 2, you see me trying to click the gear icon to edit the Hungarian translation. Image 3 shows that there is no option to edit the text because, according to WPML, it is “UNTRANSLATED.” However, this is not true – as shown in image 1, the Hungarian text is visible and working. It just isn't being recognized in the admin interface. It works fine in the standard WordPress editor, but not in the WPML editor. This is an issue because the client would like to use automatic translation. This behavior occurs for every product in every language except the primary one – Slovak.
As for point 3, it also seems to be working now.

Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd Tier Support requested a copy of the site. Can I have your permission to install a backup plugin so that I can try to export the site?
