Background of the issue:
I am trying to verify the site status information in the WPML > Support tab for my site hidden link. I want to ensure that the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency extension and WPML Media are correctly recognized as installed and activated.
Symptoms:
The WPML > Support tab incorrectly states that the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency extension and WPML Media are not installed, even though they are installed and activated.

Why does the WPML > Support tab show incorrect site status information for installed extensions?
How can I resolve the issue of WPML not recognizing installed extensions?
In the WPML > Support tab, I'm seeing incorrect site status information. It says that the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and WPML Media extensions are not installed. In fact, both are installed and activated.
I'll just add that I'm having some trouble exporting and importing products to my new store. Before I export them, I want to make sure everything is OK on the export side.
