Hi there,

I asked for help from the second-tier support. The second tier asked me to ask you to update Flatsonme theme to version 3.17.7.

Please make sure you create a backup of the website and fdo the update.

Tell us if it fixes the issue.

I have uploaded the latest version of flatsome theme 3.17.7, but it didn't resolved the issue.

Hi there,

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the late reply as it took time for the website copy and we spending time.

We have found that the issue is the Child theme that the customer uses.

As soon as we change the theme to the parent flatsome theme everything works and the products show correctly on all languages.

Hi there,

That is interesting, while I was checking the website and turned the child theme to the parent theme, all other plugins except Woocommerce and WPMl plugins were deactivated for testing.

As soon as I activated all other plugins the issue came back even with the parent theme.

That made me to conclude one of the plugins as the culprit and I tested by having all the plugins enabled and deactivating them one by one and check.

I found out that the problem is the "Search & Filter Pro" plugin. As soon as I deactivate that plugin it works ok.

Would you please test that? If the issue is that would you please update that plugin to the latest version and make sure you set it up correctly following this method?
