Background of the issue:
Hi, I have issues with the WPML - Crowdin integration. My latest project was pre-translated with AI and proofread and saved by our proofreaders. Then I loaded/synced the files back to WordPress using the WPML plugin, but the AI version was loaded and published there, instead of the proofread version. The weird thing is that Danish language is an exception, that seems to be working fine but the rest 10+ languages didn't work correctly. Could you please take a look at this issue? I have reached out to Crowdin Supportas well, they told me that when I download the translation file it downloads the final, correct version, therefore that is what they are sending back to WordPress. So it doesn't seem like it's on their end. I have also noticed that the Danish version was the only on correctly sent. This was proofread by an admin, instead of a proofreader. Could this be part of the issue?
Attaching a screenshot of the correction made in Crowdin that should be displayed on the live page.

Hello,

In this case it would be recommended to use the Classic Translation Editor as translation method.

The Classic Translation Editor will be able to display the translations coming from the Translation Service and you will be able to manually update those translations.

The Advanced Translation Editor does not fully support translations coming from Translation Services and will overwrite the translated content if the content earlier was already translated using the Advanced Translation Editor. The reason for this ios the editor's translation memory.

Source: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/professional-translation-via-wpml/updating-translations-without-resubmitting-them-to-a-translation-service/
(See section on the bottom of this page)

As a workaround we could offer to reset the translation memory for your site, but this would remove all the existing translation entries from the Advanced Translation Editor's memory.

How to change the Translation Editor Option?
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/translation-editor-options/

Further, take note that you will run into issues trying to upload the same XLIFF files for a second time. We explained this problem and are providing a workaround here:
https://wpml.org/faq/the-uploaded-xliff-file-doesnt-belong-to-this-system/

Let us know if you do have any further questions or need further assistance.

Best regards
Andreas

Hi!

I would like to avoid using any of the Translation Editors. That is why I am using Crowdin. So the first suggestion is not solving my issue, changing manually is not an option for my case.
(also, the link you sent about changing the editor redirects to this page https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/)

I am not sure I understand the second half.
I am not using the Advanced Translation Editor's Memory and I do not need to upload xliff files. I am syncing the content from Crowdin.
