Problem:
The client inquired about the management and benefits of automatic translation credits when transferring a WPML account to their client, including whether the end-user would receive free credits and if there would be a referral commission for credit purchases.
Solution:
We clarified that end users with transferred accounts have full access to WPML's automatic translation features, which include purchasing and assigning credits, and opting for pay-as-you-go for site content translation. However, unlike other WPML accounts, transferred end-user accounts do not receive free automatic translation credits upon renewal and are not eligible for commissions from credit purchases.
