This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
FacetWP filters are not working in the second language.
Solution:
The issue happens because of your theme's custom block, not because of WPML or FacetWP. Please check these blocks' code or consult the theme developer.
When using the FacetWP shortcode, the filters work correctly in both languages.

1) First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. Please login to this sandbox site and install FacetWP. (hidden link)
After that, please create a filter to replicate the issue. If the issue is replicable, kindly let me know how to reproduce it.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.
It would be better to check the issue on the clean installation to avoid any plugin/server conflict.
If it's not possible, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
I checked the issue, and it could be related to your custom post type and taxonomy, so please install FacetWP on the sandbox site to test it with default WordPress post types.
If the issue doesn't persist, so the issue might be in your custom theme.

So the issue happens because of your theme's custom block, not because of WPML or FacetWP. Please check these blocks' code or consult the theme developer.
