We are more than happy to help. But the problem here seems to come from the builder that is not compatible with WPML, therefore it is really hard to provide a direct solution because it falls outside of the scope of our support service.
Could you create a staging site with a copy of the production site where we can run further testing and escalate to our compatibility team if necessary? I have set your next answer private so you can share the access credentials to the staging site if you can create it 🙂 That way we can take a deeper look without affecting the production site.
The credentials shared are for the production site. Could you create a staging site with a copy of the live site where we can run further tests without affecting the live site? You can edit your previous private message and update the credentials there.

Because you can't create a staging site and everything points to KingComposer as the cause of the issue, I have created a new WordPress + WPML installation with WPForms and WPForms Multilingual that you can access via this link: hidden link
Please follow these steps:
- Access the sandbox site using the link I shared (hidden link)
- Install KingComposer
- Create a test form using WPForms
- Translate the form
- Add the form to a page created with KingComposer
- Translate the page and double-check if the issue with the form persists.
