Hello. I have two global sections in Divi (a menu section and a footer), that I have translated into a number of languages.
When I come to edit the English version all my content has disappeared. When I try to re-add the content it is not appearing in the theme builder.

The translated versions all seem to be still ok.

How should I proceed? Thanks

Kindly go through this section of the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/#translating-custom-global-header-footer if you haven't already to see if you've overlooked some options to translate the page.

Also, please update all WPML plugins to the latest version and DIVI Theme/plugins if required. Let me know how it goes.

OK - I'm still strugging with this. My global sections were fine and working in all languages. When I went to edit the English version in the divi builder, the content all disappeared.
When I try to recreate the content it continues to vanish.
How should I proceed?

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
