This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that after fixing an issue, they noticed that a category was not translated and provided a screenshot.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to translate the categories automatically:
1. Create a new product in the default language.
2. Assign all categories to this product.
3. Navigate to WPML -> Translation Management.
4. Send this product to automatic translation.
5. Once the translation is complete, check the categories.
Additionally, we provided a guide for translating all taxonomy terms at once, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-all-taxonomy-terms-at-once/.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.
