This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that after fixing an issue, they noticed that a category was not translated and provided a screenshot.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to translate the categories automatically:
1. Create a new product in the default language.
2. Assign all categories to this product.
3. Navigate to WPML -> Translation Management.
4. Send this product to automatic translation.
5. Once the translation is complete, check the categories.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Please go to WooCoomerce-> WooCommerce Multilingual-> Category tab, and translate your categories.

As previously mentioned, everything has been translated except for the categories. After uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, we were able to restore the deleted German products and pages, but not the deleted German categories. How can we re-translate only the categories?
