[Resolved] It will take very long to view each page and then add to basket
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client has multiple branches with the same page titles (e.g., 'Dining') under different URLs (e.g., /london/dining, /berlin/dining) within their website. In WPML's Translation Management, these pages appear with the same title without showing their full URL or hierarchy, making it difficult to identify and translate the correct page for a specific branch. Solution: 1. If the pages are not set as child pages but follow a hierarchical structure like destination pages (London, Spain, etc.), you can assign a translation priority when editing the page. This allows you to filter pages by priority in WPML's Translation Management. 2. Another method is to hover over the 'Edit' button for the page in the Translation Management dashboard. This action will display the URL in the browser's status bar or tooltip, showing the post ID. You can use this ID to identify the correct 'Dining' page to translate.

We have a client who has many branches in the same URL. For exampel, hidden link . com / berlin, www. hotel. com/ london etc.
But they only want us to translate one branch - let's say London. When we go look at the pages section - they have clearly marked which page is for London e.g. they have 10 dining pages, one for each branch. However, when we go to WPML and try to add London branch dining page - there is no way of seeing which is which - WPML only shows the title of the page 'Dining'. The client has added their own filters in their pages section - such as - 'site' and added dashes before / after to show which page belongs to which branch.
In WPML we don't see any of these details, we can only see the page name 'dining' and we have to click on each page to view and see which one is the right one. The client actually have many branches and many such pages. It will take very long to view each page and then add to basket. Is there any other better way to do this?

Hi,
Here is the new ticket. If I understand the issue correctly, your client has the page structure like this:
1. London
- Dining (child page)
2. Berlin
- Dining (child page)
If the "Dining" pages have the same title, in WPML > Translation Management, it doesn't display the hierarchy like on the Pages of WordPress and you will see two "Dining" pages.
If you only translate the London and its child page Dining, the simple way is to edit the page and click on the Plus icon (+) in the Language box and translate the page manually.
Hi, but I need to add it to the translation basket. There should be an option to add it to the based directly from the pages part rather than having to come to translation dashboard, or the dashboard should show the hierarchy like the pages section.

Hi,
There isn't an option to add a page to the basket directly when editing a page. In the Translation Management board, if you filter by Page, there is an option to select the parent page. Please check the attached screenshot.
Then you can add the child page to the basket and send it to translation.
Sorry, it is not parent page / child page. These are just sub URLs I guess. For example, they have Dining, Room, Things to do. etc. pages for each destination so the url is like this: .../spain/dining, .../london/dining, ...bangkok/dining, however, in WPML all is see is 'Dining', 'Dining', 'Dining' for all these pages. Then I have to open one by one to see which one I need to add to basket.
Is there a better or easier way of doing this? There are many branches and many such pages, hence the need to find an easier way rather than to open one by one from the dashboard. Looking forward to your reply soon.

If they are not child pages, just the same hierarchical page as the destination page (London, Spain ...), you can try to add the translation priority when editing the page and filter by priority.
Or hover over the page in the Translation Management board > Edit button and you can see the post ID in the URL and know what Dining page you want to translate.
Otherwise, I'm afraid that there isn't another option to find/filter the same page title in Translation Management to translate.
