Hi, we are currently trying to connect our WPML instance to Crowdin Enterprise, a Translation Management Tool. The issue is that we are not able to set the correct credentials to connect both instances. We have connected WPML to a Crowdin instance before, but need to switch to a different Crowdin instance, so we need to update the credentials with the new Crowdin Token. I uploaded two pictures with this ticket. The one titled "Bild.png" is the view we currently have looking at the Crowdin Tool via WPML. There are no options aside from "deactivate", which does not reset the credentials. The one titled "image (1).png" shows the option we need to update the credentials. This second picture is taken from a WPML instance where the integration works. Deactivating and re-activating the connection works but does not reset the connected Crowdin instance. My access level is admin and Translation Manager, so I should be able to see the options. Disabling the Token on the Crowdin site has not changed anything. I would greatly appreciate your help.   |
