I am trying to: switch languages on my mobile/tablet website.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: a dropdown menu where I can pick a language to switch to on mobile devices.

Instead, I got: it shows no dropdown, but you just 'refresh' the page in the current language.
