Hi, This is Christopher checking in with this issue. I wonder if you received the last message from my colleague Alejandro, and if you can follow the steps? Thank you. |

Hello, Thanks for providing the link to Crowdin. I managed to find one of the completed batches that showed in the website's jobs tab. When I tried to sync this batch separately (get the completed jobs in this batch only), I got a 500 internal server error, as shown in the attached screenshot. The error means that the issue is coming from your server. So, do you have a way to check and replicate the issue on another server? If not, you can provide us with a copy from the website, and we will test it on our own servers. Best regards, |

Flywheel only lets us increase the php memory limit to 512M for 24h at a time and I had to disable WP_DEBUG to keep the site up. Please try again now, hopefully it should work. |

Hello, Unfortunately, I’m experiencing difficulties accessing the website dashboard — I receive a 503 error every time I try to open it. This leads me to believe that the issue might be coming from the server. Could you please check and try to replicate the issue on another server? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, |

Hello, I made a deep investigation and analysis of the website and the translation process, and here are my conclusions: 1- I checked the batches provided by Crowdin (the batches that we are sure that they are completed and ready to be downloaded to the website), and I found that only "WPML|en|1397" can be found on the website's jobs page. So I synced this batch, and I was able to download the translations successfully to your website. 2- There are some batches marked as completed from the Crowdin side but not found in the website and below are the name list for them: 1- WPML|en|777 All the above batches cannot be found on the website. This could happen for many reasons, but the most popular reasons are that the jobs in those batches either have been translated through other translation methods or the original pages for those jobs have been deleted/modified while the translation was in progress. 3- The "check status and get translations" button doesn't work properly because of point 2 mentioned above, and the server's heaviness. 4- Now I can confirm that all the completed jobs have been downloaded successfully, except the jobs mentioned above. 5- Now you have 3 main batches that are still waiting for translation, and below are the batch names: 1- WPML|en|1758. So the final conclusion is that we don't have a blocking issue right now. Please let me know if you still have any jobs that are expected to be downloaded, but you don't see them on the website. Best Regards, |
