Other tests done: not theme-related, seems to be product-related but I still dont understand why it worked yesterday before the update and even if I revert it doesn't change anything.
The only thing Im currently thinking of is I have been using gutenberg for new products, but not old ones that do allow shipping options to appear.
Ive tried replicating the product, retranslating, resaving, to no avail

only solution I found: save all products using the wordpress translation, not wpml. But this is not a solution really

used a bulk edit plugin to modify all my products with fake mod and resaved, fixed it but this is not the first time I have problems with the wpml editor, if I just turn off WCML, will it affect my frontend as well?

Hello,

If it works when you make changes only via the native editor, this likely means that a setting is yet to be configured because it's probably set to "translate" or "not translatable".

However by default these settings are all setup and blocked. If you allow us access to the site and tell us exactly where this setting is we can check it out for you and try to figure out what's going on.

If you accept, you'll be able to do so from the credential fields I activated for your next reply.

Regards,
