This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using the latest versions of WPML Multilingual CMS and WPML String Translation on a WordPress site with the Porto theme and WooCommerce. When manually adding products on the edit order page and clicking Recalculate, the products disappear. This issue does not occur with older versions of these plugins.
Solution:
We recommend checking the following errata page for a known issue that matches your description: https://wpml.org/errata/b2b-for-woocommerce-product-removed-when-adding-items-to-existing-order/. A permanent fix is expected in the next release of WCML. If you are considering rolling back to previous versions of the plugins on your live site, it is generally safe, but ensure you test thoroughly on a staging environment first.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Ok, so it seems to be the case only when adding new orders and not when editing existing. I also noticed that it is not related to WPML, but WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency. If activated as a standalone plugin, this will not work.

Can you install B2B for WooCommerce on hidden link?

Because it definitely happens only with the combination of these 2 plugins.

I have now installed the B2B plugin and have played a little with some different settings.

No matter how the B2B plugin is configured everything works just fine, however the issue arises when the multicurrency mode is enabled from WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency.

You can check the settings i have enabled here: hidden link

And then you can check what happens if it's disabled again

Hello,

We’ve prepared a BETA release of WCML 5.5.0 that addresses the issue discussed in this thread. Would you be interested in testing it and sharing your feedback?

Your input is very valuable to us, as it helps ensure a better final release.
