Elementor users - please update WPML to the latest version to maintain compatibility. More details here - https://wpml.org/changelog/2024/12/wpml-4-6-15-critical-update-for-elementor-sites/
Background of the issue:
I have updated my website in various places over time but forgot to run WPML afterwards. I suspect there is content that remains untranslated in various unknown places on my site, hidden link.
Symptoms:
There is leftover content that needs translation, and I want to avoid being charged for retranslating entire pages.
Questions:
Is there a way to run WPML on all pages where it will only translate new content?
Do I just go through the normal process on the Translation Management tab, checking all pages?

Hello,
If WPML was all the time active on the site while you changed the original contents, then WPML will keep track of any changes and know which segments need to get updated.
Further, the Advanced Translation Editor has a translation memory which will make sure that identical segments that already have been translated earlier will not lead to double charges (auto-completion).
You can go to WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard, select the post type of your choice inside the dropdown on the top left, then mark what you would like to translate and at the bottom section choose "Translate automatically".
