Background of the issue:
We used to have a domain fortesglobal.com and recently changed it to forteschangecloud.com. We had access issues to the plugin section of the old website, so I couldn't fix anything before the move. We now have full access to the forteschangecloud environment. The old credits were on the fortesglobal.com domain, and the instructions said to remove that from the list, which would automatically transfer the 6000+ credits back into the account. I removed the fortesglobal website from the list but it did not redeposit the credits. I registered the new domain in my WPML account and it says to enter the license key in the WordPress environment. The plugin was already installed on the forteschangecloud.com domain since we used a copy of the fortesglobal.com website as a starting point.
Symptoms:
License key entry doesn't work and neither does update after change of domain. I can't find the place to paste the license key, and it will therefore also not update to the latest version of WPML. credits are not being refunded to the account
