Tell us what you are trying to do? I translate the links in the advanced translator, and the translations appear on the site. Often times I need to re-translate these if I open the translator again. Everything else remains translated, but these attributes often go missing and break on my site until I redo them. Is there any documentation that you are following? Is there a similar example that we can see? What is the link to your site? |

Hello there, Welcome to WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this. We recently released a new version of WPML plugins so can you please update the plugins to the latest version and let me know if that helps? We push out WPML releases gradually. If your sites haven’t received this update yet, give it some time and you’ll see the update in a few days. To skip the queue and get the update right away, to the Plugins → Add New page, click the Commercial tab, and then click the Check for updates button. Note: Keep a Backup Before Updating Are the links internal? as for internal links WPML auto-adjust the urls. Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

I've updated the plugins. The issue seems to happen if I update the page in Elementor at all. For example, I start with everything working properly, then: It also happens very frequently with the href for certain buttons. For example, I have a button that takes users to a sign up page. If I open the ATE, these always seem to turn incomplete (with the orange bar, pictured below). I've attached three images. The HTML shows the before I make a page update, and the ATE shows the ATE afterwards. The other image shows how the button's url is marked as incomplete. |

Please see this screen recording that shows certain attributes are lost each time the ATE is opened: |

Hello there, Can you open the translations again after a few minutes? I would say 5 minutes. are the results the same? To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, For this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site. So could you please provide me with those details, you will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. This info is private and available to you and WPML supporters only. Note: Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

Issue seems to be similar to the one listed here, although in my case, simply re-opening the ATE causes the 'html-attr' fields to be lost: |

My deadline to deliver to clients has passed, and I had to remove WPML. I never heard a response on this issue. I'd like a refund, since I requested the support within the 30 day window of purchase. |
