This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with Elementor button links not being automatically translated,
Solution:
We recommend checking your WordPress URL and Site URL settings. Here are the steps we took to resolve a similar issue:
1. Go to the "Settings" section in your WordPress dashboard and select "General."
2. Make sure that both the "WordPress Address (URL)" and "Site Address (URL)" are set to use "https" instead of "http."
3. Visit your homepage and make a minor change to the title to trigger WPML's automatic link translation.
After following these steps, you should see that all the links on your homepage are correctly translated.
If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your situation, please open a new support ticket so we can assist you further.

Hello,

My friend, I really don't want to get stressed and waste any more time. We haven't been able to agree on an effective solution for a few days now. Believe me, I don't know why. I've repeated the instructions you gave me before each of my feedbacks to you. And the result has always been a fiasco. Yes, some things have improved, but the problems have persisted.

Let me remind you that I bought a product that you claimed or advertised that you had a stable version of. I know that this buying process repeats every year. However, I haven't used your product for most of the year. I've only used your product once, and thanks to you, I'm getting a lot of complaints from my customers and I'm losing reputation. And this is all about the problems with your product.

I don't know how you do it, but is a refund possible? I really started testing translatepress and other alternative products because they all have free versions. And I trusted you and gave you a chance when you didn't have one and I realized that when I start using your product, I have problems and you are very slow in technical support. And most importantly, you don't respond to our problems in a concentrated way, you just let us go away. This is very unethical.

For days, I have repeatedly asked you to carefully examine the website I mentioned, but you have not done so and even requested a copy of the website, which I allowed.

However, the errors did not end.

The same problems continue in the footer area. I request and ask you to make a serious analysis of similar chronic problems of the entire site for the last time and offer a permanent solution.

Otherwise, I will ask you for a refund. I don't want to embarrass my customers anymore.

I hope you understand me and share the effective solution for the last time. Or you will seriously consider my refund offer.

I am waiting for your good news about an effective solution or I am waiting for your help with a refund.

Good work
Ufuk

Hi Ufuk!

I completely understand your frustration and concern regarding your problem. I sincerely apologize for the challenges you've faced, and I want to affirm you that we have provided you with all the support you needed to address this issue. We've guided you through the solutions.

I have made a video where I show you how I update the translation of the footer as I told you in the previous answer and now the english footer show the translated links. Please check the following video:

You've rightly pointed out that the issue with the translated buttons was due to the fact that the WordPress URL and Site URL were configured with 'http' instead of 'https'. If you encounter this problem on another website, please make sure to double-check that the WordPress URL and Site Url is configured with "https" from Settings --> General.

Please let me know if you have any other problem.

Best regards,

Paola
