> Main language is german.
> Secondary languages are english, french and italian.
Our goal:
For german language we use german media file.
For *english* and *french* we want to use the very same *english* media file.
Our steps:
1> We upload german media file in media database.
2> When translating english, we upload the english media file.
3> When translating french, we only get the option to upload again which would lead to a duplicate and bloats the media database.
Our question:
Is there a way to choose an already existing media file when translating instead of always uploading new files?
Languages: English (English )Portuguese (Brazil) (Português )

Hi there,
Thanks for your contact.
Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.
We do not have such feature natively in our GUI, I'm afraid. As a workaround, we can suggest to upload the media file with the original being English, so that it would be duplicated to the other languages - and then, you'd just need to translate it to German.
I hope that it helps, please let us know. Thank you.
It should be a feature request and we already had a task in our backlog development. Let me add your ticket there to increase the priority. I will let you know when I have any information.
Thanks.
