Hi,

I'm translating an Elementor site from French to English.

In Media Translation I uploaded files (normal & retina) for the English version of the logo (see picture).

The files are not showing in English, they stay same as French.

Logo file names:
French = Vortex-Strategie-Recrutement-logo-5-d.png
English = Vortex-People-Strategy-logo-5-d.png

Thanks.

Regards,

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support!

Can you try this workaround?
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/using-a-different-image-within-elementor/#post-1500574

As I pointed out in one of the other tickets I have with you, the way Elementor handles translation may not necessarily work with Media Translation plugin and it would not be able to assign these translated images into translated templates.

Hi,

I am having the same question as on my other ticket - where exactly are you editing footer and header?

Footer and header are edited from any page and open up in a separate window.

So I go into a page first, then click on header or footer and new/separate window opens up for editing.

Hi,

Let me close this ticket and the best way would be that we try to resolve header/footer compatibility issues within that other ticket, so that we don't duplicate things, as both issues might be having the same root.
