This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are using the MEDIA translation plugin along with multilingual and multicurrency plugins, but they do not appear in the settings. Solution: We are aware of this issue and recommend that you ignore it for now. All WPML plugins will continue to function normally, and this should not affect your site. The fix for this issue will be included in one of our upcoming releases.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at our support forum.

Background of the issue:

Why are the MEDIA translation and multilingual multicurrency plugins not showing in the settings?
How can I make the installed plugins appear in the settings?
Both these plugins are installed on the site but they do not show in the settings. when i go on my account i see the media plugin is installed and active but not multicurrency, which is also installed
WE have been with WPml since 2017, so I dont understand why this is not working, it says the api is working, the key is registered on the site, this is extremely frustrating and causing alot of problems.
We’re aware of this issue, and you can safely ignore it for now. All WPML plugins will continue to work normally, and this should not affect your site in any way. The fix will be included in one of the upcoming releases.
I believe this is a different issue. The one you reported in this support ticket appears to be only a visual/GUI issue and does not affect the actual functionality.
