Thanks, Osama, for your reply! Here is an updated video for you: hidden link For some reason, when I switch to the second language (in our case Spanish), now no menus are showing at all in Spanish to even edit and it continuously prompts me to "Create a New Menu" every time. The English Menus have the link to Spanish in them and the Menus system shows there are 3 Spanish menus, but none of them ever load. You'll see this in the video. Thank you so much for your support! Please take a database backup and try the following steps: 1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting If not, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. Best regards, |

Hi Osama! Okay, I was going through the Troubleshooting but am back to report that the "Set Language Information" has been running for about 3-4hrs and is still stuck. Here is a screenshot: hidden link. Do you know if it is okay that I reload the page and try again, or just move on to the next Troubleshooting option? This website has: 21 LearnDash Courses, 182 Lessons, 600 topics, 101 Quizzes, 573 Questions (in those quizzes), 26 Pages, a number of Gravity Forms, Custom Post Type FAQs, etc. but most of 25,600 Users…do you think that is why it is taking so long? Thanks for any feedback and advice you might be able to give on what best to do next: let it run, or conclude it got hung up on something. Thanks, Osama! |

Hi Osama, Thanks, again, for your help. It looks like the issue with the Menus is still present even after all of the troubleshooting steps. This is a very active site, so I would need to prep a staging environment for you to take a look, and at the moment, that staging environment is still in use from the redesign, so let me see if I can dig into this a little bit. Am I right that you suspect it is a plugin conflict, or could it be something else with WPML itself? Thanks, again, for your help so far! I wish I could get you in to solve this right away, but with staging already taken and the LIVE site not being available for deactivating, I need to sustain this for at least one more day before replacing staging. That said, do you have any other ideas of what it might be/anything else I can try in lieu of you logging into debug? I am happy to keep trying and am comfortable with WordPress so just let me know. Hi, I'm afraid I don't have more ideas and need to check the site. If you don't have a staging available, we could try a site snapshot if possible. We usually recommend the free Plugin "Duplicator" for this porpoise. If you already know how Duplicator works. (http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/) ★ Duplicator Instructions (hidden link) Send me both files (you probably want to use DropBox, Google Drive, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be pretty big) I will enable your following answer as private so you can securely provide me with the information. Access to the shared drive file is denied, so please grant me permission. 2) It would be better if you created a new package excluding the media (uploads folder) from it to reduce the size. Hi Osama, Believe it or not, it's the database that is 4.56GB in size (per the Site Health > Info tab). WP-Uploads is *only* (still a lot) 1.7GB. Anyhow, the URL is available now. Thank you so much again. I will just protect/restrict the file once again after you are able to download it, and then after troubleshooting we can be sure it's all deleted on your end.
