Oh hello!

Unfortunately, the credentials are not working when I cut&paste them into the login screen.

Can you please recheck them or provide new ones in the area that I have opened for you?

Hello

Please try the following for one of your emails:

1. Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Emails
2. Select the email to manage
3. Change the admin language at the top to "English"
4. Change the strings to their English equivalent and Save
5. Translate the strings to Italian.

Now test the email. Does it work now for that email?

Please let me know

Dear Yvette,

I need consult with you for an issue related to a customized plugin- Groupbuy for our website, one of the features we asked to developer is to be compatible with WPML, obviously it is not really.

My problem is that Customer accesses a group from the English site receive Emails ( group processing, group qualified, group disqualified, group refund ) only in the Italian language. Since I am using WPML I have tried to scan the strings to verify that parts of the plugin are detected and have the possibility to translate them. Actually this happened (with the “WK-GBC” domain scan as you can see in the screenshot) but partially. The text that appears on the screen is old, it is from a long time ago and does not correspond to what is written in the part of the email that I can edit (customized by the plugin developer).
My question is this: how can I make the translation plugin (WPML) translate what I write in the editor? I need that what I write in the text of a customization email to be translated (with subject and email body) in multi language just like those Woo-Emails.

Is this a problem totally depend on the plugin developer? What should they do to make their product be compatible with WPML?

Attached some screenshots to help you understand my question.

Thanks in advance.
Myra

Hello

1. Woocommerce Emails

From experience, I have found that if you do not configure/customize the woo emails in English, there can be mixed language results. So, my first attempt is to always configure the emails in English admin language, then translate the strings in in String Translation to other languages even if English is NOT the default language.

2. Other plugin
You wrote: "Is this a problem totally depend on the plugin developer? What should they do to make their product be compatible with WPML?"

Yes, if these are not woocommerce emails, the plugin developer needs to follow the tips in this article and incorporate the required language switching et.al. within the email template.

They can also apply to the GoGlobal program to get additional support.
