The question for me here is, is there any purpose for having a WooCommerce Product for creating a Booking? Maybe deleting this product and its translation would be considerable.
Further, this could be an issue between "Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments" and "WCML". This means the issue occurs only when one of the WooCommerce payment methods is used.
While not integrating WooCommerce into Hotel Booking this issue might not be replicable.
To be able to recreate this problem this plugin needs to be added to our sandbox and you will need to make sure that Hotel Booking uses the same settings as on your site.

For your information, we're not the developers or support of the WooCommerce plugin, and our Hotel Booking plugin has nothing to do with their Checkout page. So I'm afraid I don't understand how we can assist you with the issue that's not even related to our product.
Additionally, I'd like to say that I checked your website last time you contacted us and confirmed that the Booking Confirmation/Checkout page from our plugin works properly. That's exactly why I asked you to specify if you have the same WooCommerce Checkout page issue you had before (which obviously has nothing to do with us) or if this is a new issue connected to the page from our plugin. But as far as I understand, the issue is the same, so it raises a question: "How can we assist you with the issue related to a third-party plugin?"

As you can see they say this problem none of their business, what now? How can i fix this issue? I am starting to be really concerned about this, it is better for me to talk with the team who developed the theme in wich this website was made or can you help me further?

Well, regarding Motopress I actually most of all was expecting a reply or assistance about recreating the issue. We have been running twice into the situation trying to get Hotel Booking to work on a sandbox and we are not able to create any bookings.
Further, they actually create a WooCommerce integration, which is used on your site and this means they also partially need to investigate issues related to WooCommerce, as they are hooking into this plugin.
Your site uses the WooCommerce Payment Gateway through "Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments (Motopress)" to process bookings from Hotel Booking. This means Motopress is hooking into WooCommerce to achieve payments on your site and the Motopress Team has the obligation to review your site and make sure that it is set up correctly between Hotel Booking and WooCommerce.
The fact that this addon is used also seems to be why I am not able to proceed on this matter, as I need a functional test site (sandbox) on which I can try to recreate the issue. Also, I need your cooperation. I asked you to install the relative add-on "Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments (Motopress)" on our test site.
Here is what I would suggest to do on the staging site:
1) The pager "Confirmação de Reserva" is the Hotel Booking Checkout Page and it is currently not translated to 100%. Please complete the translation.
2) Deleted the product (incl. translation) that was created in WooCommerce, as it looked like it did not have any purpose on the site.
3) Revise your pages:
- There are various e-commerce pages, some from Hotel Booking, and others from WooCommerce. I would suggest you sort them out, maybe even delete such pages, that are not necessary. If your purchases run only through Hotel Booking, you will not need to WooCommerce Pages.
- Delete any duplicated pages, that currently are not used on the site. For example, there are various versions of pages that have the same purpose, like "Reserva Cancelada", "Reserva Confirmada", and so on.
4) Revise Hotel Bookings and WooCommerce settings and make sure that the correct pages are set inside the options. Sperate concerns and make sure not to set the same pages for Hotel Bookings and WooCommerce. As mentioned, you do not sell anything through WooCommerce, you might not even need to set a cart and checkout page in WooCommerce's options pages.
5) Avoid translating WooCommerce Endpoints inside WCML or String Translation.
