This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client has migrated their site to uae.revent.store and is now unable to translate additional content on the original site ai.revent.store using WPML.
Solution:

We have resolved the issue with the prompt boxes, and now a new option is available if the customer needs to change the initial prompt. For more information click here

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

i have translated my sire content on ai.revent.store and transfer my site and migration completed. on uae.revent.store, now i want to translate more on ai.revent.store WPML is not allow me to translate on ai.revent.store. how can i disconnect properly ?

Hi,

Still No update. Any update for me?, right now i have created one development sites for this domain after i connected and deleted old one my all translation is gone.

But still i'm no worried for this. Can you please help me why widgets are not showing after translation?

there is advance filter click it for English and after made arabic there is only few! i have already translated all but there is noting showing.

Now the Prompt boxes are gone and you can use WPML with no issues.
