This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to access the translation queue but are encountering issues. Solution: We recommend renaming the 'object-cache' file in the wp-content folder to 'object-cache.old'. This change might resolve the issue with accessing the translation queue. To do this, navigate to the wp-content folder and rename the file. Afterward, check if the translation queue is accessible.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Why is the page still under review after completing the translation?
It might be that there is a conflict between WPML and another plugin on your site.
I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.
You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.

I hereby grant permission to do anything necessary to be able to (help) solve the current issues. However, I would like to be updated about any changes that are needed to come with a solution.
Thanks for your permission. I created a copy of your site and installed it on my local server. It worked correctly after I renamed the object cache file in the wp-content folder.
I tried to do the same on your site to see if it would fix the translation queue issue, but I couldn't because of the file permissions.
Please go to the wp-content folder and rename the "object-cache" file to "object-cache.old". After that, check the translation queue. (hidden link)
