This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see the 'PDF Download' tab, which is added by the 'Product Attachment for WooCommerce' plugin, on the sub language versions of their product detail pages.

Solution:
1. Ensure the product is translated by checking in WPML → Translation Dashboard under the Products section. If the product is not translated, send it for translation.
2. If the 'PDF Download' tab is specific to each product, translating the product should also translate the tab. Verify by checking the product page in the sub language after translation.
3. If the tab is managed globally, attempt to translate the tab directly through WPML → Translation Dashboard in the Tabs section.
4. For the PDF attachments, check if they are available in all languages. This might require re-attaching the file or translating the attachment title/description in WPML → String Translation.
5. Ensure any product page templates in Elementor that handle dynamic WooCommerce tabs are also translated or configured to display correctly in multiple languages.
6. After following these steps, if the 'PDF Download' tab is still missing, further investigation into whether the tab or attachments are custom per product or global, and if the PDF attachment is language-specific or shared across languages, may be necessary.

If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the information provided here becomes outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the problem persist, please open a new support ticket for personalized assistance.

Thanks for your reply. I need to check your configuration. I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Thanks for your reply. I've enabled "Show "Multilingual Content Setup" meta box on post edit screen." in WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation

Then, I've set the "WooCommerce Product Attachment" custom fields to 'Copy', so that the PDF files are copied to your translated products.

Now, all you need to do is go to each product on your website in its primary language and click the "Update" button.
