another issue which Im seeing is that the categories on the homepage dont have the correct size and they also appear very different in English en Dutch versions. See screenshot. The screenshot with the name 'How it should be' is the one showing how it should be on both languages. |

Hi There, I've checked the product categories section and found that each category is showing the correct number of products. For example, I checked the "Sale" category on your site and found that the count(hidden link) and the number of products this category contains are accurate. However, It’s important to note that the product count only includes ‘published’ products and excludes those in ‘draft’ status. For instance, in the ‘Sale’ category, there are 12 products in total, but only 11 are published while 1 is still in draft. This is why the product count for the ‘Sale’ category in the Product Category section shows 11. When you publish the products saved in "Draft", you'll see the count correctly. I hope I'm able to clarify it for you. But, feel free to let me know if you've any other questions or need more clarification in this matter. Regarding the other issue you've mentioned with the appearance of the categories on the Homepage- As far as I've checked, that section is created using the category grid widget of Woolentor. I found that some inline CSS is causing issues with the width. Can you please check what happens if you keep the WPML plugin disabled? It will help to understand if the WPML plugin has any kind of involvement in this issue. If the issue persists even after that, then it will be better if you could reach out to the Woolentor authority and request their assistance in fixing the width issue. I hope they will help you in this matter. Please let me know the update. Best Regards, |

sale happens to be a correct one but in the attachement ive added screenshots of the category 'No category'. You can see there that in the category section it says 24 productens but when opening that category it shows 3 products.. I didnt check all the other categories but there are some more that have that incorrect amount. About the other issue: Could you please login to the website and fix these issues because Im launching this website in a couple of days |

Hello There, I have checked the category you've mentioned and am happy to inform you that the issue is fixed now. There was some issue with the category assignment and this is how I solved the issue- - Went to WPML > Support > "Troubleshooting" section The issue was resolved after that. As all the Products under the "Geen categorie" is saved in Draft, the product count shows 0. The count will be increased when you publish any product under this category. Regarding the other issue with Category appearance- While testing yesterday, I found that the category layout was also not showing correctly on the Dutch version of the Homepage. That's why I requested to check if the same issue is happening if WPML is deactivated. However, I can see that the categories are showing properly now on Dutch Homepage. However, I've also fixed the issue with the Category layout on the English Homepage. I've set the Translation preference for "Woolentor Category Layout" and "elementor_css" to "Copy" and upon updating the translation, the issue with the layout gets resolved. Please check and let me know if you need any further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help. Best regards, |

Hi there, It worked! But I accidently replaced a previous backup from last night. So I was able to reproduce the troubleshooting steps which you provided with the screenshot. That fixed the category count again. But now I dont know what to do again to fix the category styling on homepage. Can you fix that issue again and show me how you did it? |

Hello There, I can understand. In order to fix the category styling issue, please follow the steps below. - Go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll down to the "Custom Field Translation" I did that for you and now the category is showing properly on the English homepage. Regarding the Menu item issue- Maybe the menu you have in the Dutch language isn't been synchronized yet which is why it is not appearing in the English version. Please do the synchronization by following the steps mentioned in the guide below. I hope it will help. Kindly be informed that to maintain clarity in the thread, we are only allowed to discuss one issue per thread. If the issue with Menu persists even after that, please create a new ticket mentioning the issue. We will check and happily assist you with that. Please let me know if you need any further assistance in this matter. Best Regards, |

Hi There. Please find the answer to your questions below. -- Small style adjustments: You can click on the "Category Grid" widget and make any small style adjustments like adding a 1px of padding or updating the typography, etc. After that, save the changes. -- Translation Update: A Translation update will be triggered once you save any changes on a page. To update the translation, please open the page in WordPress Editor and you'll notice a translation update icon there. You need to click on that to update the translation. Please check this video(hidden link) for a better understanding. I hope you can understand. Please let me know if there is anything else you need help with. Best Regards, |
