My site is registered but doesn't appear in the Account Management list

royF-4	my site hidden link is registered and access key is "YE4taslTrc" but doesn't appear in the Account Management list in order to assign credits. Tried several time to unregister/register but didn't work. Also sent an email to hello@wmpl.org but they suggested to open this ticket. Thamks, Roy
