need help with main menu, to chenge and correct words, and with missing strings

פפוצ’ון השקעות בע”מ	in the Hebrew translation, i want to change the "IsrApart" at the main menu to the word "home" in Hebrew, and i want to delete the IsrApart from where it says "אודות ISRAPART". And at the search bar, for some reason it doesnt translate the word "Children", and if we scroll down when we are still in the Hebrew you can see that the "Services" widget is not translated and i couldnt find how to do it, didnt found the matching strings. and lastly, because Hebrew is from right to left, i need help with adjusting Phone numbers because i want them to be from left to right, and also some text elements that were moved to the right of the screen and now it doesnt look good with the design hidden link

I have a request. Please upgrade the following configurations for the better performance of the site. 1) Increase WP Memory Limit to 256 MB(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is 128).
