Problem:
The client needs to activate a Multilingual CMS $99 package for a new client but encounters a message stating they already have those benefits when trying to purchase from an existing WPML Lifetime account.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. If the new project requires its own separate WPML account, you should either:
- Create a brand-new WPML account while logged out, using a different email address.
- Have your client purchase their own account directly.
2. Do not download and use the plugin ZIP from your current account to create a new Multilingual CMS subscription for this client.
3. If the site is intended to use your existing agency/Lifetime setup, you can register the new domain under your current account.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi, I need to purchase a Multilingual CMS $99 package for a new client that includes 90K credits. When I click on "buy" from our WPML Lifetime account under (support@ndic.com) I get a message saying I already have those benefits. Do I just need to download the zip, upload to our new site without actually purchasing anything else on our account. I see the other pay as you go options and prepaid credits but none of those match the $00 Multilingual CMS package we need.

It would be very helpful if you can share the steps we need to take to active this plan for a new client. Domain: hidden link

The message you are seeing is expected because you are already logged into an existing WPML Lifetime account, which already includes the benefits available for that account type. For that reason, you cannot purchase a separate new WPML account from inside the same existing account.

If this new project needs its own separate WPML account, there are only two ways to do that:

1. Create a brand-new WPML account while logged out, using a different email address.
2. Have your client purchase their own account directly from scratch.

So, to clarify, you should not just download the plugin ZIP from your current account as a way to “create” a new Multilingual CMS subscription for this client. If the site is meant to use your existing agency/Lifetime setup, you can register the new domain under your current account. But if the client needs a completely separate subscription, a new account must be created independently.
