Background of the issue:
I'm trying to automatically translate my website content using WPML credits. The site I need help with is hidden link.
Symptoms:
Most of the translated content is not visible. When switching to translated languages, the content remains in the main language.
Questions:
Why is the translated content not displaying correctly on my site?
How can I ensure that the automatic translation with WPML is applied to all content?
Thanks for your reply. I'm still having some connection issues with your Website. Anyway, to proceed with troubleshooting, I would like to ask for a snapshot of the site. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.
To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:
1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link
3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.
Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.
Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
Thank you for your response. The issue isn’t related to our support language—it's the theme itself that is preventing the footer from being translated. My colleague may raise the same question as well.
Since providing a copy of your site isn't an option, the best alternative is to replicate the issue on our sandbox site: hidden link
Kindly install the theme along with any required plugins, and attempt to translate the footer. If the issue can be reproduced, I'll escalate it to our compatibility team for further review.
Quick note: Main issues we've with translations are:
- footer (Not fully working)
- rooms page
- Room page (Amenities, services and some subtitles are not translated)
- CTA's around the site
And other minor things
- footer (Not fully working)
Still checking on this.
- Room page (Amenities, services and some subtitles are not translated)
I'm looking at the Room page here hidden link and could you tell me which "Amenities, services and some subtitles are not translated" ?
1. Regarding Amenities I've already found a way to translate them, from Taxonomy (WPML settings), the only think is that I cannot see any automatic translator there 🙁
I've already started to translate manually in EN, is there any way to translate taxonomies automatically with credits?
If not, no problem i'll do manually..
2. Regarding the not translated content:
hidden link
This is the EN version, but has some content in main language (IT) e.g --> Descrizione, dettagli, Prenota ora OR CTA like Dettagli camera.
3. Another weird thing is, I'm not able at all to translate following pages:
- Terms and condition -> I had to do it manually for english, check FR version here: hidden link
- Contact us -> hidden link
- Some of the rooms do not get translated even i click on save on the main language (Like you told me and we did on Standard room)
e.g. hidden link
4. I already tried to translate content from wpml string translation, but i don't find the content 🙁
5. How can i make every click on links to get redirected to it's language directory? E.g. Go to EN site, homepage, click on Termini& Condizioni (top right) > Redirected to IT language even user was on /en/ directory.
I've already used the setting in wpml, but nothing changes.

I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket.
Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
So I've split the tickets here below so that we could follow up. As for this ticket, we will focus on the Footer Translation issue.

I've already started to translate manually in EN, is there any way to translate taxonomies automatically with credits? Taxonomies have to be translated manually in WPML > Taxonomy Translation.
