1) My tickets keep getting moved to the technical forum where I have no access anymore. THerefore, I cannot follow up to your kind support people. (See noacces.jpg)
2) I keep getting a mean notification, that won't go way, no matter what link I click. (see error.jpg)

Unfortunately, I don't have the tools to help you in this forum. Let's try the following to get back to the technical forum:
- Log out from WPML.
- Clear your cache browser or use an incognito window.
- Log in again but using your WPML credentials from when you bought WPML.
Can you access now to the technical forum?
