Background of the issue:
I am trying to view a translated page. The issue can be seen at hidden link. I have attached two screenshots. One when I am logged in and can see DE in the language switcher and one when Janine is logged in and cannot.
Symptoms:
I expected to see the DE link in the language switcher at the top of the page to view the German page. I can see this when I am logged in as me, but another user (also an admin and also a translator) cannot. She just sees EN. I also used the plugin User Switching to view as her and can confirm the issue. Instead, I got just the EN link.
Questions:
Why can't another admin and translator see the DE link in the language switcher?
Is there a setting or permission that needs to be adjusted for other users to see the translated pages?
