Hanna Teslia	Background of the issue: I am working on a site under development. My site's development version had a license that expired. I bought a new license and am trying to activate it using the OTGS Installer. Symptoms: The plugin was imported but does not want to activate. Questions: Why does the OTGS Installer not activate the plugin after importing? How can I activate my new license using the OTGS Installer?

Background of the issue:
