[Resolved] Our site is very slow because of the WPML Media Plugin
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client's site is experiencing slow performance, taking nearly 13 seconds to render each page, potentially due to the WPML Media Plugin. Solution: We recommend creating a new staging site and performing the following steps: 1) Navigate to WPML >> Settings >> Media Translation. 2) Click on the Start button and wait for the process to complete. 3) Go to WPML >> Support page, and click on the Troubleshooting link. 4) On the Troubleshooting page, click on the following options in the Clean up section, waiting for confirmation after each:
Please assign me a supporter who is the same as my timezone. The response is too late it's been 6days we have been working on this request and there is no result.
From a login point of view can we connect through a call?
The ticket has been re-assigned to a supporter in your time zone.
Regarding the access, I am still unable to access the backend, to make things move faster it is best to whitelist the new supporter's IP or lower the access firewall while we are working on the site.
We are not able to log in to the site. It shows the same warning - hidden link
One request. We have released a new version of WPML(4.6.9 series). It has included some performance improvements. So please upgrade to latest version after a full site backup{mandatory} and make sure the issue exists or not.
Please visit Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab and click on the *Check for updates* button to refresh the WPML installer caches.
We are using Dynamic IPs. So it will change often. Therefore is it possible to consider a staging site for our debugging? It will help us to troubleshoot the issue without affecting your live site.
I already unblocked you and please follow the login procedure that I sent the previous supporter through email.
Please find an attached debug information
Thank you for the updates and Debug information. Please try the following steps after a full site backup{mandatory} and check if is there any difference in the result.
