[Resolved] Our site is very slow because of the WPML Media Plugin
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client's site is experiencing slow performance, taking nearly 13 seconds to render each page, potentially due to the WPML Media Plugin. Solution: We recommend creating a new staging site and performing the following steps: 1) Navigate to WPML >> Settings >> Media Translation. 2) Click on the Start button and wait for the process to complete. 3) Go to WPML >> Support page, and click on the Troubleshooting link. 4) On the Troubleshooting page, click on the following options in the Clean up section, waiting for confirmation after each:
Thank you for the details. I can log in to the site now. The site credentials and server protection values are interchanged.
You have activated all the WPML add-ons now, which are not needed on your site. So please deactivate WPML add-ons except the WPML String Translation & Media Translation plugins. Then check if there are any differences in the result.

ok, I'll try the above thing but I have one question when we checked our website loading time then only WPML media add-ons take a huge time to load so I think we need to cross-check its script.

As per your suggestion, we deactivated some add-ons still there is no change. we still facing the loading time issue for wpml medi add on please check it's script

Just to make sure, please let us know if you are facing any performance/loading issues in the frontend or backend of the site when the WPML CMS or WPML Media Translation plugin is active.

sorry this is not a new staging site it is just the same domain. we created the above page with no content and tested it through the tool and it takes a huge time to load.
Is it possible for you to minimize the WPML Media script so it will take less time to load?
Thank you for the feedback. The upcoming versions of WPML(4.7 and 4.8) are coming with a lot of performance improvements. WPML 4.7 is in the QA stage now.
But we would like to make sure, this issue exists when WPML plugins are only active with the default WordPress theme like 2023. So it is okay to do the testing on your staging site - hidden link, it will help us a lot in debugging.
Also, please share more details about your host services and its current plan.
