Background of the issue:
I have installed the PixelYourSite Pro plugin to track the pixel on my website. After installing and configuring the plugin, I encountered an issue where the website page throws a 404 error. This issue occurs randomly, and when I refresh the page, it loads and opens properly. The same issue happened earlier, and the support team had fixed it. The plugin developer claims that the plugin is 100% compatible with WPML.

Symptoms:
The website page throws a 404 error randomly after installing and configuring the PixelYourSite Pro plugin. Refreshing the page resolves the issue temporarily.

Questions:
Why does the page show a 404 error after installing the PixelYourSite Pro plugin?
How can I resolve the random 404 error issue permanently?

Hi,

Since no PHP errors are being recorded in WordPress's debug.log, I wonder if your hosting service can help in identifying the cause of this problem. Can you please ask them to check if they see any related errors in the server logs while this problem occurs?

If we have no information from the server logs, please proceed with the following steps. We must isolate the issue to be sure it is a collision between the Pixelyoursite plugin and WPML. For this, I would like you to switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Five, and deactivate all third-party plugins. Please only leave WPML, Strings Translation, and the Pixelyoursite plugin active. Please check if the problem persists and share your findings with me.

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****

*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***

Regards,
Itamar.
