This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You have set up a staging site and are translating the site to Arabic using WPML. You are experiencing an issue where the translation progress is stuck at 93%, and you are unable to save the pages. You are unsure what content remains untranslated.
Solution:
First, ensure that your WPML String Translation plugin is updated to version 3.2.15. Next, navigate to the Advanced Translation Editor for the page you are working on. Click the gear/settings icon located in the top right section and enable the option for the previous ATE version. After enabling, submit the feedback to load the settings. Check for any empty translation boxes that might not have been translated. If the issue persists, we recommend that you provide us with the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard. Ensure that you have a backup of your website before providing this information, as it is crucial for restoring your site if necessary. While one of my teammates handles your ticket, I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

Can you try updating the page translation? To do so, please modify the original page slightly, save it, navigate to the WPML translation editor, and try to complete the translation.

First, please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.6.14, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.

Let us know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

Hi,

Thank you for updating WPML Multilingual CMS. Would you please make sure that the WPML String Translation plugin also updated to version 3.2.15?

Also, please go to the Advanced translation editor for the page in question and from the top right section click the gear/settings icon and make sure that the previous ATE version option is enabled.

You will need to submit the feedback for it to load. Then try to see if the translation can be 100% now?

Check if there is any sort of empty translation box that is not translated.

If the problem persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you. I checked and the Advanced Translation Editor was not set to the previous version yet. I followed the steps I mentioned int he previous reply and changed the version to the previous one..

Then on the About page made sure that the ones that are not translated are translated and it showed 100% and fixed the issue.

I created a video showing how I do it:

Thanks.
