Hello, I talked a bit with the Hostinger Ai Support.
He told me the following:
No—Hostinger was not blocking those links from our firewall side (your IP isn’t blocked, and there’s no Hostinger setting that blocks outbound traffic to specific domains like WPML).

I have tried various times to create a local copy of your website for testing, but sadly, the database migration fails each time.
Could you set up a staging site on the same server, so that I can run some tests without affecting the production site?
After creating the staging, please make sure to complete the migration banner on the dashboard of WordPress while selecting that this is a copy of your original site.
Also, please register WPML on your staging site.
1) Go to https://wpml.org/account/websites/
2) Now enter the new site URL. This will create a new site key.
4) Click "Show key" and copy it.
5) Enter the key under Plugins > Add New > Commercial (tab) to re-register WPML. If WPML is already registered here, unregister it first.
The private reply form is enabled again, so that you can provide me access to the staging site. If you are unsure about how to set up a staging site, please consult the Hostinger Support Team.
