Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate more content and have purchased prepaid credits. I assigned 100k credits to my site in the WPML Account.
Symptoms:
The Tools Menu in my WPML Installation gives an error. I can't use the credits on my site. I received the error message: 'There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team.'

Why can't I use the prepaid credits on my site?
