This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where your dashboard is asking you to pay €100 despite having an active pay-as-you-go plan, this could be due to reaching a safety limit.
Solution:
We have implemented two safety limits to prevent accidental overspending and to protect against fraud. These limits are triggered the first time you spend €100 and €4,000 in a single month. If you reach these limits, you will be required to make a payment before you can continue using the translation services. At the end of the month, any amount you've paid will be deducted from your total invoice. For more details on these safety limits, we recommend reading our terms and conditions on pay-as-you-go for automatic translation.
