I want to launch my shop in France and the UK. Unfortunately, the payment is not working in these countries. Whenever I test with VPN, it´s not working.

SO what not working exactly?

credit card:

- The payment seems like going through. Customer gives payment details. Buys. lands on thank you page. Order is confirmed.
But customers didnt pay anything.
- Still the offer is showing in backend as paid and confirmed

same for paypal:

- customer chooses paypal, clicks buying, is directly redirected to thank you page.
- order is shown successfuly, although it´s not paid

I need help , asap

I kindly ask you to follow these steps to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Create a backup of the site or create a staging site
- Update any outdated plugins or themes
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Activate the WordPress debug mode by following the steps described in this guide: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
- Deactivate all plugins, including the WPML ones
- Activate a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty
- Activate the WPML plugins, Woocommerce and Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
- If the issue disappears, start by activating the theme and then the rest of the plugins, one by one, until the issue appears again and you find the culprit.

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?

Then, could you tell me is there is any error message related to this issue in the debug.log file located within the wp-content folder?

Hi there,

The debug information you shared is the WPML debug information. The debug.log is a file located in the wp-content folder that is created when the WordPress debug mode is active.

You mentioned you had followed the steps I described in this message: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/payment-in-different-languages-is-not-working/#post-15271999 and the 4th step is to activate the WordPress debug mode.

Hi,

we tested everything by deactivating and testng every plugin etc.
What came out is, that WPML and Woocommerce order status manager by skyverge is causing this issue.
But we still don´t know how to solve this.

1.- Please share a video describing how to reproduce the issue

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. If we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

an german language shop battutabooks.de is everything working fine.
